National Parks

Bundalla National Park One of the most scenic parks in Sri Lanka with shrubbery that spreads out to the stunning settings of sand dunes bordering the coastline. A bird lovers haven, Bundalla is internationally important wintering ground for migratory birds.

Ratnapura

‘The city of gems’ where many of the islands world famous gems originate from. Of higher elevation, pretty mountains and a cooler climate make it an appealing place. Visit both the Ehelepola Museum housed in a beautiful historical home showcasing cultural exhibits and the glittering Gem Museum that takes you through a walk of this amazing industry.
